Hybrid Space Architecture: Designing a Brand
This project was to design brand materials for an existing organization, Lynx Strategy Group, to use for a new company called Hybrid Space Architecture. Hybrid Space Architecture is company that uses commercial smallsat to deliver information to the American military. HSA was looking for digital marketing materials that could include things like logos, brochures, and short videos. The assignment for the class was to create a logo, brochure, and poster for HSA. HSA would then take the top three logo, brochure, and poster ideas that they felt would best represent their brand. The students' whose designs were chosen would be allowed to reference their work and add it in their resumes and or portfolios. This portfolio piece includes project sketches, peer reviews, revisions, drafts, as well as the final design for three pieces: logo, brochure, and poster. It spanned the duration of the class.

Senior Project Sabor a la Mexicana
The assignment is self-explanatory. This is senior project for one of my classes spanned the duration of the class. The project was to come up with a project idea, create a project brief, go through the design process, and execute the design using everything I have learned as a student. I chose to create a website and brand materials for a business called Sabor a la Mexicana. Sabor a la Mexicana is a sort café and snacks and ice cream shop rolled into one that focused on Mexican coffee, aguas frescas, ice cream flavors, candy, and snacks. This is a project with multiple deliverables including a project brief, design process ideation, sketches, peer reviews, revisions, drafts, and the final product.

Project JavaScript Tutorial
This project was a final class project where I was chose a suitable JavaScript topic that was covered during the class and create an attractive blogstyle tutorial website that covered that topic. The tutorial was to include lessons and a working demonstration that users could learn from. The topic I chose to cover was conditional statements in JavaScript. The deliverable was a website that utilized HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to effectively cover conditional statements in an attractive website with lessons and a working demonstration.

Dutch Bros Case Study
This project was a group assignment for a class were as a group, a few of my classmates and I had to do a case study on an existing business. We chose to do our case study on Dutch Bros. Over the course of the semester, my team and I had to effectively communicate, schedule, and meet via Zoom, conduct user research, create personas, complete a heuristic evaluation, develop usability tests and materials, conduct usability tests, conduct data analysis of usability tests and present findings, individually develop site comps that consisted of the site home page and three other inside pages. The goal of the site comps was to improve upon the Dutch Bros website to increase usability and improve business based upon the findings of the usability tests. The project deliverables consist of infographics, tables, charts, personas (images), reports, and a site comp.
Mockup Build
This assignment consisted of building a website with HTML and CSS using supplied materials to semantically code a mockup into a functional website for a class. No instructions were given on how to go about coding the website, I had to produce that myself using only the provided assets. This assignment was to be completed within a week. Th deliverables were a website that had semantic markup, functional CSS, and the supplied assets.

Creative Project Part 1 Poster Portrait
This project was to create a 5" x 7" portrait using Adobe Photoshop to promote a brand or product for a class. I chose to use my portrait to promote Community Paws, a local animal rescue organization I volunteer for. Part of the portrait requirements were to use selection and layer masks, adjustment layers, and effectively demonstrate knowledge of typography using typographical principles (kerning, leading, and font choice) and typographical tools (text effects). The deliverables for this project include the finished portrait in the following formats, PSD file with layers intact, print- ready PDF, social media ready JPEG, and lab report in PDF format.

Creative Project Part 2 Illustrated Portrait
In the same class as the Creative Project Part 1, I was also assigned the task of creating an illustrated portrait using only Adobe Illustrator. The portrait was to promote the same brand or product. The required techniques I needed to demonstrate were proficiency in the pen tool, shape tools, transformations, gradients, and typography (demonstrate knowledge of typographical principles and proficiency in typographical tools using character styles and outlined type).

Final Project Greywood Adventures Website
This project was a final project for a class where I had to create a website fully validated, with HTML5 and CSS, for an outdoor activities business known as Greywood Adventures. The website was assigned to be a five-page website that met a number of requirements such as containing an image gallery, proper use of headings and effectively formatted with CSS, multimedia, and a simple e-commerce shopping cart. The deliverables for this project were the website itself, appropriate images and media that I chose myself, a design sheet, html page, external styles sheet, and provided assets.
